We are currently shipping within the United States at this time. Unfortunately, because of the nature of our products, we are unable to ship to Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, New Hampshire, Mississippi, and North Dakota.

Orders are processed within two business days. Once your order is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking info as soon as your package ships.
*Please note due to COVID-19, there may be some delays in shipping ... but trust us, it's worth the wait.

Our products are organic and made without preservatives, so they will melt if not stored properly. We recommend to keep The Ritual out of the heat. If it does melt, don't stress, simply pop your jar in the freezer for about 20 minutes ... and enjoy the added cooling sensation!

Because The Ritual is made in small batches, we unfortunately cannot offer returns at this time. Please review our ingredients list carefully to avoid any potential allergies.
